This week’s post was inspired by a fashion blogger that has caught my eye with her fierce and beautiful urban looks, her name is Kyrzayda Rodriquez.
In recent posts, it’s not her clothing that has been catching my attention there is something different. I can’t help but notice her inner-beauty style that has been speaking so loudly to me.
Here is one of my favorite looks from Kyzayda Rodriquez in 2016.
I love her shortcut and beautiful feminine features. The off the shoulder blouse highlights these such features. I love the fitted jeans that go so well with her fit body and those adorable shoes. Tassels!!! I love tassels!!!
Now here is a pic from her most recent post.
Her body image has changed a lot since the first post. She was recently diagnosed with cancer and has lost all of her hair and some weight.
I was so upset when I learned the news that she was undergoing chemo. I prayed for her and her family and friends. Please keep her in your prayers.
Her style is amazing!! That romper is just as gorgeous as she is and those shoes!!! I love the way the color of the shoes fits so beautifully with her skin tone.
I saw her undergo a period of uncertainty in her IG post when she was first diagnosed, but to my amazement, she has quickly rebounded. I just saw a video of her “How I weekend” sponsored by Bloomingdales. Her demeanor and inner-beauty radiated out in this video.
My weekend requires a stylish dress, comfy jeans, a two piece set and the perfect weekender bag to carry it all. This is How I W eekend with @bloomingdales . What's you perfect weekend look? Check the link in my bio for more. #bloomingdales #sponsored

She knows who she is despite her external circumstances. I could see the inner-glow of her self-worth coming from the inside out.
It takes a lot to go through something like this, but Kyrzayda doesn’t let this cancer stop her from knowing who she is and whose she is.
She knows she was created to inspire looks! She does it so eloquently and naturally. She doesn’t let circumstances stop her from moving forward.
I hope her story inspires you like it did me.
Proverbs 23:7 “ For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.”
She is an inspiration to get me to stop looking at my external circumstances and start looking at who I am on the inside.
“Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness;….. God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.” Genesis 1:26-27
Because you and I are made in his image, we are royalty. How do you think about yourself? Do you know in your mind, heart, and soul that you are royalty?
“Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny”
The next time you think you are not beautiful because you gained a few pounds, aged a few years, or don’t have the ability to have beautiful clothes; just remember you are NOT beautiful because you are physically fit, have beautiful clothes or because you don’t look old.
You are beautiful because you were made in His image. You are beautiful by simply being you.
NO circumstance can take it away and NO circumstance can make you beautiful.
Remember physical beauty is not the definition of beauty. True beauty comes from within.
“But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look at his appearance or at his physical stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees;[a] for man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7
So today walk with a stance that is confident in who God says you are in your heart. Don’t sway from it. Stay in the peace and confidence that you are His and you are royalty.
Love in Abundance;
