Hello Beautiful Visionary!
The warmer climate we are experiencing in the Midwest in the first week of February has truly been a breath of fresh air. I have been able to walk in the forest preserves these past few weeks and reminding me how much I have missed these walks in nature.
As a godly visionary, it is so easy to get distracted from the focus of our visions. I mean as beautiful as an experience it was to see God’s vision of my life, it wasn’t enough. The reason I stepped away from the blog three years prior, was because I came to the end of myself. I felt stuck and abandoned. I felt as if God gave me this HUGE vision and everything I was doing was leading me to a dead end. I felt like it was so unfair to have such a HUGE vision and no way to make it come to pass. I felt overwhelmed every time I thought about the vision. Have you ever felt that way?
If you have been following the blog for the past 5 weeks, we have been breaking down the 5 lessons of beauty. I shared my reflections when I first got the download nine years ago and compared them to my reflection today after coming out of the inner-beauty incubator while taking a 3-year hiatus from the blog. So now it’s time to tie it all together with a beautiful bow.
I don’t know if you saw the string that was threading these posts together, if you didn’t, no worries. I got you. The thread Restoration. At the end of the vision download, I asked God how do I walk in the beauty you see in me? He answered. The inner beauty incubator is the place, space, energy, and time to carve out of our busy rushed lives to Rest in the Lord.
He made it very clear to me three years ago that it was time to come Rest in Him.
The first part of the word Restoration is Rest. He showed us in Multi-dimensional that He calls us to rest in Him. Remember this verse;
“Then, by constantly using your faith, the life of Christ will be released deep inside you, and the resting place of his love will become the very source and root of your life.
Then you will be empowered to discover what every holy one experiences—the great magnitude of the astonishing love of Christ in all its dimensions. How deeply intimate and far-reaching is his love! How enduring and inclusive it is! Endless love beyond measurement that transcends our understanding—this extravagant love pours into you until you are filled to overflowing with the fullness of God!”
This is TRUE Restoration.
If you are feeling overwhelmed by a God-sized vision. If you are feeling like this vision is just too big and no matter how much you try it’s not coming to pass. If you feel abandoned and possibly set up to fail. My beautiful visionary, don’t be discouraged, you are exactly where you need to be. It’s time to move to a season of rest, so you can be restored into the unique beautiful visionary that will make the vision come to pass. Your beautiful bridegroom is staring at you in the eyes because He sees Her already. She is already there standing before Him and now He wants to show her what He sees.
